Invite other people to become IBs under you. You earn 20% of every sub-IB's commissions — automatically, on top of your own, and it never reduces theirs.

It runs 10 levels deep: when your sub-IB recruits someone, you earn 20% of what they earn from that person too, and so on down to level 10. Each level pays 20% of the level above it, so the first two or three are where the money is — level 1 pays 20% of a partner's commission, level 2 pays 4%, level 3 pays 0.8%.
