These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the trading services and website operated by Aion Trade LLC ("Company", "Aion Trade", "we", "us", "our"), a Limited Liability Company registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under registration number 2547 LLC 2024 and licensed to provide online brokerage and trading services in Forex and CFDs. By registering for an account, depositing funds, or placing a trade, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Our services are not directed at, and are not available to, residents of any jurisdiction where their use would be contrary to local law or regulation, or to persons appearing on applicable sanctions lists. You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally permitted to open an account and trade under the laws applicable to you.
Aion Trade provides online trading in Forex and Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on currencies, cryptocurrencies, indices, stocks and commodities, on an execution-only basis. We act as your counterparty. We do not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or assess the suitability or appropriateness of any product for you. All trading decisions are yours alone.
To open and operate a live account you must register and complete our identity-verification (KYC) process. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to supply identity documents, proof of address, and information on the source of your funds where requested. We carry out anti-money-laundering (AML), sanctions and politically-exposed-person (PEP) checks. We may restrict, suspend or close accounts, and withhold withdrawals, where verification is incomplete or where we suspect fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You may fund your live account using the methods made available to you (which may include cryptocurrency and other approved methods). Funds are credited once received and confirmed. We accept funds only from accounts/wallets held in your own name; third-party funding is not permitted and may be returned or frozen. Minimum deposit amounts apply per account type. We do not pay interest on account balances.
Withdrawals are paid to a verified method/wallet belonging to you, and may be subject to identity verification, AML checks, available free balance (after margin), and a minimum withdrawal amount. Network and processing fees may apply and will be borne by you. We may decline, delay or reverse a withdrawal where required by law, where verification is incomplete, where there are open positions affecting available margin, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.
Trades are executed at our quoted prices, which include a spread and, on certain account types, a commission. Your account is subject to leverage, margin requirements, swap/overnight financing, margin-call and stop-out levels as published for your account type and as may be updated from time to time. Spreads may widen and execution prices may differ from requested prices (slippage), particularly during volatility, news, low-liquidity periods and market opens/closes. Quotes, leverage and trading conditions may change without prior notice in line with market conditions.
Under normal operating conditions, negative balance protection ensures you cannot lose more than the funds in your trading account. This does not remove the risk of losing your entire deposit.
Any deposit bonus, credit, cashback or promotion is optional, discretionary, and governed by its own specific terms. Bonus funds and any profits derived from them may be subject to trading-volume and other conditions before they can be withdrawn. We may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion, and may remove bonus amounts in cases of abuse.
You agree not to use the services unlawfully or to engage in abusive trading or system abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting price latency, errors or off-market/erroneous quotes; arbitrage against our pricing; coordinated or manipulative trading; abuse of bonuses; use of the platform by automated means not authorised by us; attempting unauthorised access; or uploading malicious code. We may void trades, adjust balances, and suspend or close accounts that engage in such conduct.
Applicable spreads, commissions, swaps, inactivity fees (if any) and payment-network fees are as published for your account type and may be updated from time to time. By trading you accept the costs applicable to your positions.
All content, features and functionality of the website and platform — including design, logos, text, graphics and code — are owned by Aion Trade LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
We process your personal and trading data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We retain identity, transaction and verification records for the periods required by applicable anti-money-laundering and record-keeping obligations.
By creating an account you agree to receive service and transactional emails. You may also receive market insights and promotional emails, from which you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any such email.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aion Trade LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from market conditions, latency, connectivity, third-party providers, or events beyond our reasonable control.
The website and platform are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that quotes or data will always be accurate or available.
If you have a complaint, contact us at support@aiontrade.net with your account details and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be governed by the laws of, and submitted to the courts of, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account, and close open positions, where you breach these Terms, where required by law or regulation, where verification is incomplete, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or money laundering. You may request closure of your account at any time, subject to settlement of open positions and applicable obligations.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform/website notice. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
