Trading with a CySEC-Regulated Broker from Spain
Thinking about trading forex and CFDs from Spain? Spain has one of the most active retail trading communities in southern Europe, and one of the most demanding when it comes to costs. This guide sets out what Aion Trade offers Spanish traders in 2026 — what our regulation means, what an account costs, and how money moves in and out.
What being CySEC-regulated means for you in Spain
Aion Trade Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under CySEC licence number 155/26. Because Cyprus is an EU member state, that authorisation passports across the European Economic Area, so we can serve clients in Spain under the same European rulebook that the CNMV, the national securities market commission applies at home.
In practice that framework means several concrete things rather than a badge:
- Client money is held separately from the firm's own funds, in segregated accounts.
- Negative balance protection is mandatory: you cannot lose more than the money in your account.
- The Investor Compensation Fund covers eligible retail clients of CySEC-regulated firms up to €20,000 if the firm fails.
- You can verify us yourself. Our licence is on the public CySEC register — search for Aion Trade Ltd at cysec.gov.cy. Do this for any broker you are considering, not only for us.
Regulation reduces certain risks. It does not make trading safe. CFDs and forex are complex leveraged products and most retail accounts lose money. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

- Two-factor authentication with backup codes on every account.
Deposits and withdrawals from Spain
Funding is in cryptocurrency: USDT on TRON, BNB Chain, Ethereum or Polygon, plus Bitcoin and Ether. Deposits are credited after the network confirms them.
If you do not hold crypto yet, you can buy USDT on a regulated European exchange and send it to your Aion Trade deposit address. Withdrawals are paid back to your own verified wallet; for your security they require identity verification and two-factor authentication, and every request is reviewed by our team.
How your orders are executed
Orders are filled at the mid price plus or minus half the published spread. There is no second, hidden markup on top. Our pricing, the swap you pay to hold a position overnight and the commission on Raw accounts are all documented before you deposit.
How to get started from Spain
- Register with your email. Every new client gets a live account and a practice account with virtual funds.
- Verify your identity. European rules require it, and it is also what lets you withdraw.
- Fund your account in crypto, or practise first on the demo — it costs nothing and the prices are the same.
