A person on the team reads your application. If it fits, we call you; if it does not, we say so plainly and point you to a better next step.
Diagnostic call with an advisor
A calm conversation, no pressure: where you are, what is holding you back and what you want to achieve. That is where the whole programme, and its price, is explained.
If we fit, you start with your plan
You are assigned a mentor, your plan is written with you and the year of mentoring begins. If we do not fit, we say that just as plainly.

A plan of your own
Your plan is written with you: markets, schedule, risk per trade and rules for entries and exits. Nothing copied from another student.
Guided execution
You trade, with your mentor watching what you do. One-to-one sessions and corrections while the trades are still fresh.
Review with data
We use your journal and AION’s metrics. Every month we look at what you actually did, not at what you remember doing.

Your application goes to the team for review.
We will write to you within 24 to 48 hours. There are details in your profile we would rather look at calmly before deciding, and that decision is made by a person, not a form.

- If it fits, an advisor calls you for the diagnostic conversation.
- If it is not the moment, we say so plainly and point you to a better next step.
